Product Introduction

XF13 segment ball valve has optimized flow characteristic, which can offer larger flow capacity. It can used as both control valve and on-off valve. Segment ball is in V-notch design with strong cutting force and self-cleanness, especially suitable for control of medium containing fiber and tiny solids. Therefore, it is widely used in the control systems in industries such as pulp and paper, petroleum refining, petrochemical and so on.

Product Feature

1, One-piece valve body prevents potential leakage caused by ISO flange.

2, Ball and shaft are connected by spline, which well keeps shaft to neutral position with large load bearing capacity and long service. It also provides a seamless match ball with shaft and the dead band phenomenon is prevented with enhanced control precision.

3, Upper and lower shaft are fixed by bearings with good stability.It makes the valve move smoothly.

4, Side entry for seal seat and bonnet ensures convenient maintenance.

5, Specially designed V-notch ball provides equal percentage flow characteristic with high precision control performance as well as strong cutting force and self-cleanness function ensures good flow performance for various of  medium. Surface hard treated V port ball is smooth and anti-wear after grinded.

6, Spring loaded seat to keep valve seat and ball in constant close contact, therefore, good sealing performance is assured even at a low differential pressure with greatly extended service life.

7, Soft seat and metal seat are available to exchangeable for different application requirements.
